In an effort to transform their email strategy from a “batch and blast” method they called on the AP team to help build a thriving community of engaged email subscribers. Williams-Sonoma also wanted to expand this effort into other online channels to give it more ways to engage with its fans.

Agency Prolific first optmized the brands email campaigns to increase engagement. Then we targeted its social media channels and SMS. 

Using our signature community first approach, Agency Prolific leveraged Facebook groups, hashtags, and text groups to create brand communities that generated excitement for the brand and products resulting in increased sales.
